12 Oct

I will write more on this later, but Google launched two new sites today specifically aimed at networking teachers and teaching across the web.

Check them out and track back!

First up, Google Literacy

Followed by Google for Educators

I am particularly interested in the Google Docs and Spreadsheets. I don’t teach online currently, but I plan to in the future. Since I teach primarily writing courses, I have been trying to determine the best way to facilitate peer editing with my students (something I always find very valuable) once I leave the face-to-face environment. This resource would certainly be a possibility! Judging from the response on the information page for Google Docs and Spreadsheets, it’s already working well for one teacher! Thanks for sharing this resource.

I’ll trackback about this resource once I’ve looked into it a bit more!
